Founded by Edgar and Clara Motsisi, the company was established with a vision to provide well-designed, accessible rental housing. Meet The Directors
Edgar Motsisi
Director
Edgar Motsisi is a strategic planning and operational leadership specialist who oversees the team’s property development, construction, and operational management. With a distinguished background as an International Diplomat in the Middle East, China, and New Zealand, and holding BA and LLB degrees, Edgar brings a high level of legal and strategic expertise to every project. He is responsible for ensuring rigorous compliance, high-quality standards, and peak property performance, leveraging his global experience to drive successful and sustainable organizational growth
Clara Motsisi
Director
Clara Motsisi leads marketing, brand strategy, tenant communication, and administration, bringing extensive international experience. She holds a BA in Communication Science, a Public Relations Diploma, a New Managers Programme Certificate, and a Digital Marketing Certificate from the New Zealand Institute of Education. Her professional background includes roles in marketing management, media account management, and administration at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. She has also held voluntary leadership positions within the SADC Women’s Association in Beijing, China, including serving as Chairperson. She combines strategic brand expertise with cross-cultural insight to support cohesive organisational operations.
